sitting with sophie ~

When I go out for walks alone with Sophie I often find a good place to sit for a while and watch the world go by, and so Sophie has learned to sit with me and do the same. I find these times when we sit together very peaceful and companionable.

Eventually though she'll turn and look at me and say, "come on, let's go."

because really she likes to just keep on trucking.

And I am happy to go along with her.
